🎉 Join Us in Celebrating Lamphere's Amazing Staff! 🎉
Next week is Staff Appreciation Week at Lamphere Schools, and we want to take a moment to honor the incredible individuals who make a difference in the lives of our students every day.
🌟 How You Can Participate: 🌟
Visit our dedicated Padlet board https://lamphereschools.com/staff_appreciation and leave a heartfelt message of thanks for a Lamphere staff member who has made a positive impact on you or your child's education journey.
Encourage others to join in! Share this post with friends, family, and fellow Lamphere community members to show our staff just how valued they are.
🌟 Why It Matters: 🌟
Our staff members work tirelessly to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for every student. Your words of gratitude mean the world to them and help fuel their passion for education.
Let's come together as a community to spread kindness and appreciation. Together, we can make this Staff Appreciation Week one to remember!

🎉 🌟 Guess who got slimed?! 👩🏫🎉
Edmonson students and families exceeded the school's fundraising goal for the Fun Run earlier this year, and let's just say, Principal Amy Guzynski was a real trooper! She took one for the team and got slimed by our amazing students who went above and beyond to support our school.
Let's keep up the great work Lions, and see what other surprises we can cook up for reaching your goals! 🏃♂️🏃♀️ #wearelamphere

🌍✈️ Our little explorers in Mrs. Vrabel’s 3rd-grade class at Edmonson Elementary embarked on an adventure through the Travel-themed Rock Your School Room last week! 🚀 From delving into continent books on Epic for reading time to tackling multiplication and division story problems, they truly soared to new heights of learning. 📚🌟 But the fun didn’t stop there - they earned passport stamps for each correct answer and raced "around the world" with multiplication facts! 🌎💨 Talk about an educational journey like no other! 🎒🌟 #wearelamphere #RockYourSchool

📚✨🔬 Guess who's bringing the magic of learning to life across Lamphere Schools? Our incredible National Honor Society students from Lamphere High School! 🌟🏫
🔍 During March is Reading Month, these bright minds are on a mission to spread the joy of reading to our elementary schools. But wait, there's more! 🎉 They're not just diving into books, they're also diving into STEM activities, sparking curiosity and creativity along the way!
👫💡 From mentorship to making connections, our high school heroes are showing that Lamphere is more than just a district—it's a FAMILY! 🌈 Let's celebrate these amazing moments of support and collaboration, because together, we're building a brighter future for all our learners! 🚀💫 #wearelamphere #MarchIsReadingMonth #STEMEducation #NationalHonorSociety

Edmonson’s Fourth-Graders had a BLAST screen printing their own Gratitute shirts today at All American Screen Printing and Embroidery.
"The idea of gratitude positively impacts overall health and wellbeing and has been a staple in our classroom and school," said Bozenna Johnson Fourth Grade Teacher. "It is safe to say everyone had a great time and they can’t wait to show off their shirts proudly."
This trip was made possible through the Lamphere Innovation Grant and Edmonson’s parent group P.E.E.K.

Please join us in congratulating Vera Akl as Lamphere's nominee for the 2023-2024 Oakland County Betty Campion Distinguished Support Service Award.
The Betty Campion Distinguished Support Service Award was established to recognize the many contributions support persons make to the learning community in Oakland County. The award is named in honor of former Oakland Schools Board member Betty Campion. Mrs. Campion served on the Oakland Schools Board of Education from 1978 to 1992. Prior to serving on the Oakland Schools Board, Mrs. Campion served 10 years on the Board of Education for the Walled Lake Consolidated School District and 21 years as a PTA member.
Nominees of the Betty Campion Award are members of a local school district’s support staff (transportation, maintenance, custodial, clerical, food service, or classroom support and paraeducators) who go above and beyond the call of duty in creating a supportive learning environment. They are active not only in their schools, but in the community as well.
